education

Education is the key!

in order to fully understand how business is conducted between employers and organizations it is of the utmost importance to realize that almost all rules, regulations, policies, and standards are enforced by federal law. many of these laws have been implemented because of various strikes and upheavals that occurred over the decades. Beginning as far back as the civil war, fair treatment of workers has been at the forefront of the fight for equality and fairness in the workplace. in order to ensure the organizations have bargaining power and their members have protection on the job the most important aspect is involvement in your union through politics.
